Terms of delivery, right of withdrawal and return policy
We care about our products and it is of utmost importance to us to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty.
Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time, in any case within two months. Under special circumstances, a term of longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will provide a free repair or replacement.
Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our very best to ship the order as soon as possible. The delivery time partly depends on the delivery service Post NL and international services and runs via the postman or parcel deliverer. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet a prompt delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
If the product is damaged or if the box, tube or other packaging material is damaged more than necessary to inspect the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
For example, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued:
- Book with clear signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, canvas or other game material, cassette tape, or vinyl record or any essential materials that has been opened and damaged.
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Several types of goods cannot be returned:
- Digital products such as E-books and Lesson modules
- ‘Live’ products such as workshops and masterclasses
- Playing digital games such as the game quest for wisdom
- Only regular priced items are refundable; offers (discounted items) cannot be returned.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our cause. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and send your article to: Middenstraat 71, 1381 XB Weesp, the Netherlands.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver so those involved are aware of the return.
To return a product, you must send the product to Middenstraat 71, 1381 XB Weesp, the Netherlands, or you can return it there by appointment. email@example.com and bring it yourself.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you’re returning valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
