Annual Meeting Day 2025 Quest for Wisdom

Amor Fati Inter-Play

Global Citizenship emerges between people ― by living encounters and sharing …. 

This challenge, as simple and as complex as it is, coming from different worlds and cultures,  will be presented with a life example by Erik Hoogcarspel

Ladder afloat Flores sea, Indonesia – Terry Andrews

We will explore the theme in Arts Dialogues

Mitra Muijen and Madalina Hristache will guide us by a musical interplay around the Amor Fati Play Round of “Inter-Cultural development”, higlighting the symbols of the philosophical Bridge, the Ladder and the Lantern … next to the philosophical Glasses, the Anchor and the Hammer! They stand for connecting and distinguishing wisdom between cultures and help connect frictions and different voices within ourselves….

Just as it is the tone that makes the music, music can help us pause to listen to the voices and what sounds have to tell us. By listening to the sonification, we co-create the ‘in-between spaces’ and everyone may let their voice be heard while singing as a chorus together….

Henry Muldrow continues with a song about Bridges of inter-cultural wisdom, accompanied with dancer Juanita Ho – opening our concluding Dialogue Round, after which follows the song on the Lantern, guiding us through the night…
